2. Data we collect

We only collect the data that users voluntarily provide to us through the contact form or by email:

  • First name and surname
  • Telephone number
  • Email address
  • Free-text message

We may also collect technical browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) if the user accepts analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy.

3. Purpose of processing

We process the data in order to:

  1. Respond to the enquiry or request submitted through the form.
  2. Send communications related to the services requested.
  3. Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use the data for automated profiling or automated decision-making.

  • To respond to enquiries: the data subject’s consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • To perform contracts: contractual relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To comply with the law: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

5. Retention

The data will be kept for as long as necessary to deal with the request and, thereafter, for the applicable statutory periods. Users may request erasure of their data at any time.

6. Recipients

We do not disclose data to third parties except where legally required. Certain services act as data processors and are bound by contracts that guarantee the protection of your data:

  • Hosting provider and email service provider (technical storage of the emails received).
  • Google Analytics (only if you have accepted analytics cookies).
  • Google reCAPTCHA v3 — used on the contact form to prevent automated bulk submissions. It collects browser information (cookies, IP address, behaviour) that is processed by Google. Further information is available in the Google Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service. The script is only loaded when you interact with the form, not on page load.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection at any time by writing to koldo@onestrategia.com with “Data protection” in the subject line. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of the data, preventing its loss, alteration or unauthorised access.
